Service Agreement
By ordering our services in any way you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions below.

WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment Obligations:
A 50% down payment of the total quoted price is due before we begin on working on the quoted project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project. Ownership of the finished project will only be transferred to the client after completing the payment.

No additional charges outside the initial package or quoted price agreement will apply unless circumstances cause a need and will NOT be added without consent from the Client.

Any additional changes after the final approval of the design and functionalities of the project will have additional charge.

Time / Duration
The client agrees to provide all the necessary information or materials needed to finish the project no later than 30 days after paying the 50% down payment. Failure to provide necessary information and or materials within 30 days will move the project last on our list of projects to complete.

Usage
IntrinzicDesignz.com reserves the right to display any or all materials created and used by IntrinzicDesignz.com, including the finished product, for the purpose of marketing our own business. The client agrees that at the footer of each web page we created will have the link to IntrinzicDesignz.com to show authorship of the web design and web development to be by IntrinzicDesign.com. The client agrees that any programming or design created by IntrinzicDesignz.com except if it's a logo shall not be reproduced and redistributed without written permission from IntrinzicDesignz.com.

Appropriate Use of Web Design Services
No services are provided to sites containing pornography or related material, or material in violation of any Federal, State or City law. You must agree not to use any services provided by IntrinzicDesignz.com in any unlawful manner.

We reserve the right to refuse or reject services and or projects on IntrinzicDesignz.com's Sole Discretion.

WEBHOSTING TERMS OF SERVICE

Webhosting Suspension/Termination for Non-payment:
Payments not made within 30 days of billing date are considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts are subject to immediate suspension and/or termination without notice. Once your account is terminated, all data is lost and a new account would need to be established.

Appropriate Use of Webhosting Services:
Services provided by IntrinzicDesignz.com may be used for lawful purposes only. No services are provided to sites containing pornography or related material, or material in violation of any Federal, State or City law. You must agree not to use any services provided by IntrinzicDesignz.com in any unlawful manner.

We reserve the right to remove any and all materials which infringe on copyrighted work. Such materials may be removed at any time upon receiving a complaint and/or notice of alleged copyright infringement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that we determine to be harmful to our clients, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations.

IntrinzicDesignz.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time in the case of a violation of the terms of service as found on this page.

No Warranty; Limitation of Liability:
Use of IntrinzicDesignz.com's services and system and the Internet in general is at the user's sole risk. We do not warrant that our services and system will be uninterrupted, error free, free from unauthorized intrusion, or that IntrinzicDesignz.com\'s services or system will meet any particular criteria of performance or quality; nor do we make any warranty as to the results or information obtained from use of its service or system or the Internet in general. IntrinzicDesignz.com\'s services and system are provided on an 'As is', 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use all or any part of our system or services, deletion or loss of files or e-mail, viruses, any delay or failure of performance, or unauthorized access to records or files.

Client Liability and Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IntrinzicDesignz.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the customer or any other parties.

IntrinzicDesignz.com reserves the right to change or update policies without notice.
